HOW DOES NIKKI CHU SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days and will arrive within the time frame specified with each product. Shipping days listed with each product are based on business days (Monday - Friday).  All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges are based on standard delivery unless otherwise specified by you. Items shipped from the U.S. to Canada or other non-U.S. locations may incur taxes or duties. These related taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Typical delivery method for non-U.S. orders is UPS; however,  Nikki Chu Bags reserves the right to ship by whatever method it determines appropriate.  Shipping method is at the sole discretion of Nikki Chu Bags.

RETURN POLICY

Nikki Chu products purchased directly from this Web site carry a complete satisfaction guarantee.  If, at anytime within the 7 days of receiving your product you are unsatisfied for any reason simply contact us for an exchange of product only.  Unfortunately, this does not cover damage that was the result of misuse or beyond reasonable usage expectations.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges on returned products will also not be refunded. Only Nikki Chu items purchased on this website will be allowed an exchange.  Any of Nikki Chu products purchased at a retail store will need to be returned to the original store of purchase.

To return a product contact customer service returns@nikkichubags.com and request a Return Authorization number and then send the product back to our location with a brief description as to the reason for the return as well as your name, order number, or some other means of identifying your purchase. Our return address is listed below:

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT

We will repair or replace, free of charge, any items damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by our carrier.  We require written notification of such damage or loss within 7 days of the date of receiving the items.
